Charlie Young
Director of Operations
Charlie's journey has grown from a hobby, to a passion, to a profession. It all started when he was a young lad of 10 writing small scripts and using his brothers, blinding flood lights, his moms windup film camera (remember those things?) to produce silent movies. At 14 he began working in TV and worked his way into the assistant directors seat before becoming a cameraman/reporter, writing stories for the local news. After television he began freelancing over the years doing wedding videos, filming events such as family cruises, corporate functions or convention programs, fund raisers, and the like.
With the advent of YouTube (2005), Charlie realized that internet video was the future, and began to promote that, but streaming was not effective yet. By 2012 it was and Studio 6 Cinematography (a word nobody can spell correctly), was born. He was one of the first to incorporate the concept of real estate video for the internet and from there things kept evolving.
Charlie has a unique ability for puzzle-solving and storytelling. Give him a creative challenge and his imagination kicks into gear! Vernon; you can call him Vern :) was a shutter bug from the beginning honing his skill throughout the years as a novas bringing him to a professional status in 2005, which Vern has enjoyed over the last 15 years. His work appearing in many peer review magazines.
He prides himself in the detail of the composition and the ability to capture the atmosphere of the moment. Verns efforts not only bring things to life, but convey the emotions, with a lasting impression through his photography.
Vern has a strong belief in the power of film weather video or photo. In fact in some cases he blends the two together with impressive results.
When it comes to his clients, he not only helps them make a statement, but more importantly he helps them convey their ideas by telling the story in a way that only photos can capture.

Kyle Goff

Studio 6c was extremely happy when Kyle came on board!
Kyle literaly grew up loving to shoot videos, legend has it he was just learning to walk when he pick up his first shoulder mount video camera :), and has continued to improve ever since.
While he started with short comedy skits, Kyle has over the last 10 years not only refined his scripting and editing skills, but also has engaged in real estate and commercial endeavors, as well.
Now a student at UC Davis studying Computer Engineering, Kyle continues to make short films ranging in genre from thrillers to artistic music videos. Kyle has an eye for composition, and the flow of a scene; editing projects into one fluid motion. We have put him to the test and Kyle excels in both cinematography as well as editing quickly and efficiently .
